History:

I remember when I was four taking all the twist ties off the bread and from the trash bags. My mother gave me tinfoil that I used to build cyborgs out of my action figures. Eventually I started taking pipe cleaners from my father’s smoking bag.  With age I moved on to phone wire and even stole sections of power lines after an ice storm (I waited until after they were disconnected.) I’ve made wire people small enough to stand on a button and too big to fit through my door.

Now:

It all began with an idea: Kathryn, my partner saw that I was going mad in our quarantine.  She wanted me to keep making sculptures and find an outlet other than screwing them into telephone poles- risking imprisonment during a time of plague.  So the idea of The Wire Trust was born.  Come see what I’ve been up to during quarantine!  433 Dalzell between Gilbert and Highland!  Give me a call and we can talk…
